On May 29, 2015, ISA TanTec will be celebrating the grand opening of Mississippi TanTec Leather, Inc., a new production facility in the United States.

The vision of “Made in USA” comes true with Mississippi TanTec starting its production in Jan 2015. Manufacturing in the United States allows ISA TanTec to ship directly to customers within the United States, in addition to Mexico, Central America and the Dominican Republic while supporting local manufacturing in the United States and the military business as well.

“We are investing in our future and will become a global tannery for our customers with the ability to ship the same leather anywhere in the world, a big portion now ‘Made in USA'”, said Mr. Thomas Schneider, CEO of ISA TanTec.

Mississippi TanTec, together with its sister companies in Saigon, Vietnam and Heshan, China, will continue producing premium LITE (Low Impact To the Environment) leather to the industry worldwide.
